Jill Nikki heated up the pages of Special Editions’ fall 2001 College Girls issue. In February, she won the title of Miss Long Island 2002. But rather than accept the numerous rules of the pageant — not to mention negative reactions to her Playboy pictorial — Jill relinquished her crown.
